Between 2000 and 2006, Klouček played 141 NHL games across three teams: the New York Rangers, Nashville Predators, and Atlanta Thrashers. During his NHL career, he recorded 2 goals and 8 assists, with a total of 10 points and a high 250 penalty minutes, showing his tough, physical style of play.

When not playing in the NHL, Klouček spent time in the AHL, playing for affiliate teams in Hartford, Milwaukee, and Chicago.
